Queen’s Engineering will showcase its program to prospective students in a virtual open house taking place on Zoom from November 9 – 10, 2021 and featuring professors from all 11 engineering disciplines.

The open house will kick off with an overview presentation on the 9th where attendees will learn about some of the diverse, innovative, and revered work that engineers do and why the Queens’ Engineering program is one of the top engineering schools in the country. On the 10th, attendees will take a closer look at the differences between each engineering discipline and uncover dynamic career paths in each.

The event will feature Marianna Kontopoulou, Associate Dean, Academic, along with an impressive line-up of engineering professors who will spotlight engineering careers and answer the question “Why Queen’s Engineering?”. At the end of the 2-day showcase future students will be able to learn about real-world projects, internships, future career prospects, the Queens’ Engineering community, the quality of students they will meet and the quality of education they will receive.
